1. Material composition: C54400 tin bronze is a tin-containing copper alloy whose main components are copper (Cu) and tin (Sn). Generally speaking, C54400 alloy contains approximately 85-89% copper and 11-13% tin. In addition, it may contain small amounts of other elements such as phosphorus, As, zinc and lead, the addition of which can improve certain properties of the alloy.
2. Physical properties: C54400 tin bronze has good processing properties and heat treatment properties, high strength, hardness and wear resistance, as well as good elasticity and plasticity. This makes it widely used in the field of machinery manufacturing and is suitable for various forms of processing and molding, including cold working, hot working, welding and casting.
