ZC-4201 Peroxide Crosslinking Strippable Semi-conductive Shielding Material for Extruded Insulated Cable Insulation with Rated Voltage up to 10kV
The product is polyolefin crosslinking semi-conductive shielding material, using high-quality EVA resin, conductive carbon black as the main materials, adding cross-linking agent, antioxidant and other additives,mixed and granulated. The process is stable and the quality is reliable. The product is used as 10kV crosslinking polyethylene insulated cable insulation crosslinking strippable semi-conductive shielding material.

New design and product development is more project-oriented where we create new products with new properties to anticipate and meet future customer trends. There are two new types of compound we are focusing on which can used in Solar battery insulation wire,Shipboard , Telecom Cables and High speed train. It is supposed to be released in the middle of next year.
University Cooperation
Further value will be created via cooperations with customers and universities. We have cooperated with XiAn JiaoTong University and Harbin University of Science and Technology.ZCNM provide annual scholarships and internship opportunities to high performing postgraduate and undergraduate students within these fields. The Innovation Centre will respond to market needs and enhance education and know-how in plastic new material development .The Innovation Centre brings scientists, engineers and technicians together to ensure that Zhongchao products continue to provide the best value to our customers.
