CFS-A10 Multifunctional Silicone Masterbatch MB50-001.

CFS-A10 is an ultra-high molecular weight siloxane with a special branched structure synthesized with polyolefin, PA, ABS and other resins as a carrier.

CFS-A10 Multifunctional Silicone Masterbatch MB50-001 can be used in automotive interiors, digital products, household appliances, gear slides, wires and cables, and industrial and civilian products. It can improve hand feeling, wear resistance, smoothness, stain resistance, processability and mold release.

Different from traditional silicone masterbatch, CFS-A10 has some typical characteristics as follows.

CFS-A10 can permanently improve the wear resistance and scratch resistance of composite materials.

CFS-A10 can improve the surface gloss of the product, reduce the surface friction coefficient, and provide a silky feel on the surface.

CFS-A10 does not affect surface printing, painting, bonding and electroplating.

CFS-A10 can reduce processing viscosity, improve fluidity, and improve mold filling and demoulding.

CFS-A10 can reduce melt fracture and help disperse minerals and inorganic fillers. 

CFS-A10 should be stored in cool,well-ventilated place.

Stored in a strictly sealed and unopened container,CFS-A10 has a shelf life of 24 months.
