Multi-Purpose PP Anti-Scratch Masterbatch

This product is a kind of high-performance silicone masterbatch with PP as carrier, which contains more special functional groups of ultra-high-molecular-weight organic silicon, which can play an anchoring role in PP resin, and at the same time can be evenly enriched in the material surface, giving the automotive interior materials excellent and lasting anti-scratch performance. Because it contains ultra-high molecular weight silicone, it has excellent temperature resistance and will not cause small molecule precipitation and sticky yellowing problems even at high temperatures, which can further improve the air quality of the interior of the car. Mainly used in PP-Talc/TPO automotive interior system, adding 1.0-3.0% can make the PP material and TPO body parts such as instrument panel, door trim, center console and column trim obtain the performance of anti-scratch, low VOC, no precipitation and low stress whitening.
